Rachael brings over a decade of experience with a vast array of projects stemming from sketch design to contract administration. Rachael’s passion for architecture stems from a childhood playing in site sandpits of her Father’s building sites, culminating in being named a finalist for the NSW RAIA Design Medal upon graduating from UTS. She has since developed a keen interest residential, education and public domain projects, with a dedication to achieve optimum end user amenity. Rachael primarily worked with a boutique architectural Sydney firm for just under ten years where she achieved Associate level, a testament to her strong rapport with repeat clients and stakeholders. Since calling Brisbane home in early 2018, Rachael has been employed by education-specialty architects. Diving head first into controversial DA’s for two significant heritage school sites, she successfully negotiated with state and local authorities including the Queensland Heritage Council to achieve the desired outcomes for her clients.
